Overview
Gram Equipment, one of the world’s leading suppliers of industrial ice cream processing equipment, needed recruitment content to attract top talent in a competitive market. The goal was to create a film that felt real, human, and engaging, while clearly communicating why the role and workplace are worth choosing.
My role
Creative Strategist + Director + DP + Editor
I led the project end-to-end, from concept and messaging to scripting, shot planning, production, direction, and editing.

Story-first recruitment
We focused on people and purpose: what daily life at Gram feels like, and what makes the opportunity compelling, career growth, travel, and being part of a specialized industry.
Collaborative planning → clear execution
We kicked off with a planning session to align on goals and messaging, then I developed a full outline and shot plan to keep production efficient and focused.
Real-world footage for credibility
A key creative choice was capturing their equipment in action on a real site. That meant traveling to Sweden for on-location footage, bringing more authenticity and energy to the final film.
Two-day production
Filmed across two days with interviews, process shots, and B-roll to build a complete story with variety and pacing.
